Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Sr. Finance Analyst to work on a contract basis. This position will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions for a global leader in the manufacturing industry. The role requires expertise in financial modeling and budget management to drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial analysis for key business initiatives, including variance analysis and forecasting.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze performance trends and recommend cost optimization strategies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial data and compliance with reporting standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior analytical role.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, including advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
