Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the planning, design, and execution of public works infrastructure projects
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Oversee and mentor a team of engineers, EITs, and technical staff throughout project lifecycles
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards
- Collaborate across disciplines and with local agencies to navigate permitting, regulatory compliance, and funding requirements
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals and presentations
- Monitor and manage project financial performance, resource planning, and team utilization
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Texas, or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
- 8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a focus on municipal projects
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong technical expertise in municipal water, wastewater, drainage, and roadway infrastructure
- Excellent communication, client relationship, and project management skills
