TNP has an immediate opening in our Denton, TX office for a (Civil Engineer) Senior Project Manager to join and lead an established design team. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the production and management of design for a variety of public/private sector projects with an emphasis on site development but also including municipal public works infrastructure and transportation improvement projects. The Senior Project Manager position provides an excellent opportunity for personal & professional growth as well as the opportunity to have a leadership role in the growth and development of the design team to which they are assigned.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Managing the technical analysis, design, and production of a variety of site development, public works, and private development improvement projects
- Organizing and scheduling work to accomplish project goals within established budgets and timelines
- Organizing and directing the efforts of a project team, including engineers, technicians, and sub-consultants
- Preparing proposals, reports, opinions of cost, and construction documents
- Perform project management in accordance with TNP standards and guidelines
- Coordination with other disciplines
- Construction administration
- Maintaining strong overall financial performance
Position Requirements: At a minimum, candidates must meet the following educational, professional, and personal requirements:
Education/Certification
- B.S in Civil Engineering
- Current registration as a Professional Engineer (Civil) in the State of Texas or the ability to obtain State of Texas P.E. certification within one year
- Responsive and service-oriented to our clients
- Design proficiency with site grading, roadway, drainage, water, and sanitary sewer improvements is required
- Six (6) to (12) years of experience in site development design preferred
- Proficiency with Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, and Excel is required
- Committed to professional development
- Demonstrated ability to develop solid working relationships with other team members
- Ability to manage and schedule work to meet objectives & deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to manage and meet client expectations
