The Project Controls Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. This position works closely with Project Managers and the finance team to track project performance, manage budgets, and mitigate risks.

Project Planning and Execution: Financial Management: Track and analyze project costs, revenue, and forecasts. Manage change orders and contract modifications. Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection. Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular projects and key performance indicators. Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Support financial closeout processes. ERP and Systems:

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
- Implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Utilize ERP systems to manage project data and workflows.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure project success.
- Provide financial guidance and support to project teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Distribution, Math, or another related field of study;
- Valid TX driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- Entry-level role; 0-2 years of experience.
