Responsibilities
- Provide graphic design support for marketing materials in print and digital formats
- Assist with our social media strategies through content creation, tracking, and engagement
- Help plan and implement online advertising campaigns
- Support our employee engagement efforts through marketing initiatives, events, and various internal communication channels
- Assist with tradeshow and event preparation by creating a brand-consistent experience through exhibits, marketing materials, and presentation planning
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team and our subject matter experts to create high-quality, engaging marketing materials in written and graphical formats for use in sales and recruiting
- Assist in planning and creating photo and video content to support our brand story-telling efforts
- Help maintain company website with updated copy, imagery, navigation and design
- Perform data analytics to improve overall content strategies
- Use Adobe lnDesign to create high quality proposals and qualification packages.
- Manage the proposal development process from beginning to end, specifically tailoring materials per each RFP/RFQ's requirements.
- Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review and approval, entering and monitoring data, coordinating requirements with contributors, communicating proposal status information at review meetings, desktop publishing and producing proposals.
- Coordinate design, production, and shipment of final documents.
This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
- Minimal experience, but relevant internship is a plus
- Experience in Adobe Creative applications is a plus
- Experience with social media channels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent proofreading, formatting and editing skills.
- Good attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills.
- The ability to work under pressure, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive; must have the ability to motivate and manage internal clients.
- Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
