Summary / Objective

The Practitioner Education Manager Pro CommunitySpecial Projects role is responsible for the strategic development, day-to-day management, and ongoing optimization of the Practitioner Community including Quicksilver Scientific Institute (QSI), and other related practitioner-facing educational content and initiatives. This role serves as the primary owner and project manager of the Practitioner platform experience, overseeing course development from inception through launch, managing the content calendar, analyzing performance and engagement, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure the platform supports practitioner education, engagement, retention, and sales.

In addition, this position supports special projects within the Practitioner vertical, working closely with Education, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to execute high-impact initiatives that elevate practitioner trust, usage, and advocacy. The role may also serve as a visible QS presence within the community to provide education, practitioner support, moderation, and an excellent user experience.

Essential Functions

Practitioner PlatformCommunity Management

• Own and manage the Practitioner (Pro) Community platform as a core practitioner-learning and engagement environment.
• Collaborate with internal platform stakeholders to maintain platform functionality, user experience, and content organization.
• Act as the internal point person for platform operations, coordinating updates, improvements, and launches.
• Serve as a practitioner-facing community steward as needed.

Course DevelopmentContent Execution

• Lead course development for QSI from inception to launch, including project scoping, timelines, stakeholder alignment, production planning, execution, and post-launch evaluation.
• Build and manage the practitioner-content strategy and editorial calendar (planning, development, execution, and follow-through).
• Coordinate content creation workflows across Education and cross-functional partners to ensure timely production and delivery.
• Support outreach and relationship of course educators including content planning, development, scripting, and execution.
• Ensure all education assets are substantiated, on-message, and meet applicable QA and regulatory guidelines.

AnalyticsOptimization

• In coordination with other team members, monitor platform usage, engagement, and learning behavior using data dashboards and analytics tools.
• Translate performance insights into actionable improvements for content strategy, course formats, and practitioner experience.
• Assess what is working, what isn't, and propose optimizations to increase adoption and retention.
• Track and report key platform KPIs regularly to Education leadership and relevant stakeholders.

Platform MarketingActivation

• Partner with Marketing to develop and execute marketing strategy, activation campaigns, and practitioner-facing platform communications to align with other QS channels and website.
• Coordinate promotional timelines with course launches, webinars, campaigns, and practitioner initiatives.
• Support positioning of QSI as a multi-use practitioner hub (education platform and sales-support tool).

Special Projects

• Plan and execute special projects tied to practitioner growth, engagement, education, and revenue support.
• Provide project management across stakeholder groups, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support educational initiatives as needed in alignment with Education team priorities.

Webinar / Event Support

• Support QS practitioner webinars as a moderator and logistics partner (chat management, flow support, Q&A coordination, follow-up deliverables).
• Coordinate webinar assets for platform distribution and post-event engagement.

• Tech-savvy and confident learning new systems (LMS/community platforms, analytics dashboards, Office suite).

Supervisory Responsibility

None

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
• 7 years of experience in project management, education platforms, digital content strategy, community engagement, or related roles.
• Experience managing online learning platforms, memberships, or practitioner/community portals strongly preferred.
• Background in integrative/functional medicine, nutritional science, clinical education, or practitioner-facing wellness brands preferred.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Education teams.
• Familiarity with dietary supplement industry or practitioner channel dynamics a plus.

Location

This position is hybrid and requires approximately 10–15% travel.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets, and fax machines. This job may entail sitting for extended periods as well as the occasional need to lift equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
