What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista and Cashier position at Quickly Boba?
We are looking for a cashier who can greet/ welcome customers in and keep conversations going. this position requires a lot of talking, being social and having an upbeat personality. ( A MUST REQUIREMENT )
other responsibilities :
-Cashier (handles money and give change correctly )
-amazing customer service skills (talking/handling customers)
-positive, upbeat attitude. can make others feel welcome/smile
-must be able to lift 50 lbs (hot boba pot), heavy boxes, big bags of sugar etc
-be able to work in a fast pace environment and be on your feet for long periods of time
-will go above and beyond what is asked of them
-must be very clean and organized ( a lot of cleaning)
-restock syrups, powders, ice, etc frequently.
-team player, always looking to improve
-can take criticism well, there’s always something we can work on to be better
-communicates well with manager
-good communication skill with co workers and with customers
-friendly and enjoys working instead of trying to ride the clock
-no experience require, however you need to have a strong work ethic we are willing to teach.
-put away inventory every week, (multiple times a week)
Looking for someone who had open availability must be able to work on weekends as well *part time jobs 15-30 hours a week)
