Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality espresso drinks and specialty coffee offerings to order
- Take and fulfill guest orders for coffee, food, and wine-related items from our farm stand
- Operate the register and handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Greet and engage with regulars and new guests in a friendly, personable manner
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, including patio setup and breakdown
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked environment during shifts
Essential Requirements:
- Previous barista or café experience required
- Able to multitask and work with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
