Director of Sales and Marketing
Summary
The Director of Sales and Marketing will lead the company’s sales organization and drive both near-term revenue growth and long-term business expansion. This role oversees a team of
Inside Sales and Outside Sales representatives and is also responsible for developing and
executing digital marketing initiatives, including e-commerce and web-based marketing.
The Director will work closely with the CEO to identify and shape future growth opportunities.
The role is also expected to support Business Development initiatives for the parent company.
Essential Duties
・Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales and business growth strategies.
・Lead, coach, and manage Inside Sales and Outside Sales teams.
・Grow existing customer accounts and develop new customers, markets, and channels.
・Plan and drive digital marketing initiatives, including e-commerce and web marketing.
・Establish and improve sales processes, KPIs, and CRM usage.
・Develop pricing strategies and initiatives to improve profitability.
・Collaborate closely with the CEO on strategic planning and execution.
・Support Business Development activities for the parent company, including evaluation of new
businesses, partnerships, and alliances

Salary/Benefit
$140-200K

Required Qualifications
・Bachelor’s degree
・ 5 years of experience in sales management within the non-ferrous industry (e.g., aluminum, stainless, copper)
・Proven experience leading, transforming, or growing a sales organization
・Experience developing and executing business or growth strategies
・Basic knowledge of or hands-on experience with digital marketing and/or e-commerce
・Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
・Authorized to work in the United
Preferred Qualifications
・Experience in metals, materials, manufacturing, or industrial products industries
・Experience in business development or new venture creation
・Hands-on management experience in small to mid-sized company environments
