Bilingual Inside Sales Representative(E-Visa Support Available)
【Summary】
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support our automotive parts trading business. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
【Essential Duties】
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Maintain and update customer and sales records in the system
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with procurement planning
- Support outside sales team with administrative and operational tasks
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, shipments, and product availability
- Assist in pricing, product information, and lead time communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
【Working Hours, Working style】
8:00AM-4:30PM

$75-90K

【Qualifications】
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support preferred
- Experience in automotive parts industry or trading company is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Standard Excel skills.
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
