We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant (ENT/Otolaryngology) to join a busy outpatient clinic in Seattle. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to gain experience and transition into a long-term role.
Job Title: Medical Assistant (ENT) – Seattle, WA – $30/hr | Temp-to-Hire
Location: Seattle
Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks) – Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Shift: Day Shift | 5x8 Hours (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
Pay Rate: $30/hour (Approx. $1,200/week)
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of Medical Assistant experience
- BLS certification required
- No travel experience required
Work Setting:
- Adult Outpatient Clinic
Key Responsibilities:
- Rooming patients and taking vital signs (height/weight)
- Assisting providers during procedures (including biopsies)
- Handling patient follow-up calls
- Telephone triage
- Assisting with pharmacy calls and refill requests
- Insurance verification and authorization forms (preferred)
