Job Title: LVN / LPN – OB/GYN – Seattle, WA – $30/hr (Day Shift)
Location: Seattle, WA
Facility: Providence SMG – Primary Care Central Seattle
Start Date: 05/18/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks (Temp-to-Hire Opportunity)
Openings: 1 Position
Pay Rate: $30/hr
Estimated Weekly: $1,200 (40 hrs)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience (OB/GYN or outpatient preferred)
- Active LVN/LPN License
- BLS Certification (Required)
- Must be open to temp-to-hire (statement required at submission)
Work Setting:
- Outpatient Clinic / Urgent Care Center
- Focus on Genitourinary / Renal patient care
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform vital signs monitoring and patient assessments
- Conduct telephone triage & follow-up calls
- Handle medication reconciliation & pharmacy requests
- Assist with clean catch urine collection
- Perform simple dressing changes
- Prepare aseptic/sterile procedure trays
- Document patient history, allergies, and questionnaires
- Label specimens and assist with lab result interpretation
