Quick2Hire is seeking a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join an established multidisciplinary clinic in Minneapolis, Minnesota. With more than 40 years of experience serving the community, the clinic provides chiropractic and physical therapy services focused on musculoskeletal and orthopedic injuries.

We welcome both experienced physical therapists and new graduates who are eager to grow their clinical skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and other appropriate physical therapy interventions.
• Treat musculoskeletal and orthopedic injuries, including motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, and sports injuries.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with chiropractors and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, attorneys, and insurance representatives when appropriate.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Current Minnesota Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Interest or experience in musculoskeletal and orthopedic care.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
• Strong documentation and organizational abilities.
• Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
