Position Details
- Position: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Location: Minneapolis, MN 55429
- Salary: $90,000/year, negotiable - based on experience [Let us know your expected salary]
- Schedule: Full-time
- Weekends: No weekend hours
- Experience: New graduates and experienced DPTs welcome
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and appropriate PT interventions
- Treat musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, including motor vehicle crash, workplace, sports, and other injuries
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with chiropractors and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care
- Communicate with patients, providers, attorneys, and insurance representatives when appropriate
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current Minnesota Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Interest in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and injury-focused care
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach
