Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF/LTC)
Location: Seattle, Washington
Pay: Up to $68/hour
Estimated Weekly Gross: $2,720/week (40 hours)
Start Date: November 16, 2026
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Schedule
- Shift: Days, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Schedule: 5 × 8-hour shifts per week
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Patient Ratio: Approximately 1:5

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients' mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
- Help patients improve functional independence and safe movement.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans.
- Document evaluations, treatments, and progress.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapist credentials and applicable Washington state authorization.
- Minimum 1 year of skilled nursing facility (SNF) and/or long-term care (LTC) experience.
- BLS/BCLS certification required.
- First-time travelers are not accepted.
- Reliable personal transportation required.
- COVID-19 primary vaccination series plus one booster required.
- Pending license may be accepted.
- Local candidates within approximately 50–75 miles are accepted at the same rate.
