What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) position at Quick 2 Hire?
We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
13 Week Contract with the option to extend or go perm.
Shift Start and End Time: 8:00- 5:00 or 8:30-5:30, Mon-Fri
Responsibilities:
- Work with family medicine provider- taking Vitals
- Rooming patients, giving injections, wound care,
- Physicals & Well child exam
- Setting up for minor procedures,
- Messaging
- Calling patients with results
Experience:
- Receptionist and Medical Assistant Exp
- 1 year minimum experience
Preferred skills:
- Electronic EMR - Epic. Basic Computer and Phone
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Certification:
- MA Certificate - MA-C Required (MA-R NOT accepted at this time)
- BLS
