We're searching for a talented Louisiana Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist to join our client's dynamic team! In this role, you'll manage indemnity claims for our Trust Fund and TPA clients from start to finish – investigating, evaluating, reserving, negotiating, and bringing claims to successful closure.

What You'll Do

• Guide clients through the entire claims process with a personal touch
• Connect quickly with policyholders, claimants, and witnesses to create action plans
• Determine coverage, assess liability, and evaluate damages
• Develop smart file strategies while keeping everything properly documented
• Ensure timely benefit payments and appropriate medical treatment
• Identify opportunities for subrogation and manage liability exposures
• Negotiate settlements that work for everyone involved
  
  

What You'll Need

• 5 years of workers' compensation claims experience
• Louisiana jurisdictional knowledge and adjuster license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication abilities – you'll be talking with everyone from claimants to lawyers to medical professionals
• A customer-first mindset and exceptional problem-solving skills
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
