Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to personal lines insurance clients
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements
- Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, and policy information
- Work closely with carriers and producers to resolve client issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the agency management system
- Assist with quoting and coverage reviews as needed
- Follow up with clients regarding policy renewals and required documentation
- Ensure compliance with agency procedures and Florida insurance regulations
- Active Florida 440 Customer Representative License required
- Previous experience working in personal lines insurance
- Strong knowledge of homeowners, auto, umbrella, and other personal lines products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and agency management systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Temporary assignment
