This will own a foot print of independent agency relationships, driving submission and premium volume within an assigned territory. Our client's products are agent-friendly, non-admitted, small-commercial solutions that will allow you to drive value and be the hero for your agency partners on traditionally tough-to-place risks.

Target Experience
- 5 years in commercial P&C sales and/or agent distribution
- Strong understanding of small, middle market, and national agents
- Ability to work independently and proven track record of smashing goals
- Bachelor's Degree and a history of continuous self-improvement preferred
- This role can office remotely anywhere in Houston, Austin, San Antonio or South Texas
