What You'll Do
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and delivering expert insurance insights
- Analyze insurance data to identify potential risk and present effective coverage solutions
- Review and assess upcoming renewals, ensuring clients always have the best available options
- Proactively contact clients to schedule and conduct annual review calls
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products
- Strengthen client relationships through exceptional, top-tier customer service with consistent follow-through
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales and Account Management within the Property & Casualty Insurance industry, preferably within an independent agency or with strong knowledge of multiple carriers
- Self-starter mentality with a drive to achieve goals and deliver measurable results
- Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing insurance policies and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Genuine commitment to client satisfaction — you listen, you follow through, and you find solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; proficient in Adobe Reader/Acrobat
- Comfort learning new web-based platforms; experience with EZLynx is a plus
- Base salary: $55,000–$60,000
- Commission calculated on new written premium
- Hybrid schedule available after onboarding period
