Claims Settlement Negotiator

Law Firm located in Addison, TX, needs two Claims Negotiators for a long-term temporary position.

Must have exposure to Bodily Injury claims and negotiating settlements. Pay rate $30-33/hr

• Responsibilities: Negotiate personal injury cases against insurance companies
• Review/Edit/Submit Demand Packages
• Negotiate Settlement of Bodily Injury Claims
• Negotiate attorney liens with other firms
• Client Communication
• Qualifications: Strong negotiation and settlement skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player
• Tech Savvy and comfortable working in a paperless environment
• Time management and attention to detail are important
• Possess exceptional organization skills as well as effective oral and written communication skills
• Self-Starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at once in a
• Fast-paced environment
