This is a full-time on-site role for a Claims Negotiator based in Dallas, TX. The Claims Negotiator will handle day-to-day tasks such as processing insurance claims, managing claims files, negotiating settlements, and ensuring timely resolution of cases. The role also requires liaising with clients and insurance companies, assessing claims thoroughly, and building strong communication channels to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Claims Handling and Claims Management
- Knowledge and experience with Insurance Policies and Insurance Claims processes
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to provide clear and concise updates
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple claims simultaneously
- Experience in personal injury or related fields is a plus
