- Minimum 3-5 years of payroll experience in with a company in 30 jurisdictions
- Strong knowledge of state-level payroll tax laws and ability to research and implement compliance changes
- Demonstrated track record building sustainable operations systems
- Experience in a large middle market or national company
- Proven ability to work remotely
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or business is required
- Open to remote (Midwest preferred)
