This is a Full-time, permanent role with true base salary, commission and outstanding health and retirement benefits, paid holidays and generous PTO. Hybrid 3 days in office 2 from home. Must be local, this is not a remote job, but it is hybrid.
We are excited to be working with a top-rated and well-established Life Insurance company to help fill (2) open Life Insurance Sales Agent job openings. There is NO COLD CALLING in this role, all outbound calls are to interested leads that have been pre-qualified.
In this role you will promote the sale of Life insurance and Annuity products to both current and prospective clients. You will engage with individuals seeking information through phone calls, email campaigns, regular mail, in‑person meetings. Our client also offers (Qualified Leads) to close new business opportunities. You must be Life Insurance licensed to qualify, or be able to get your license in 30-45 days from date of hire.
This role is designed to offer first year total pay in the $75-90k range with a true base salary of 55-60k
Requirements include: 2 years of experience selling Life/Annuity insurance. Outstanding communication skills, strong organization skills, self motivation, hunger to learn and develop professionally. Active Life & Health Insurance license is also strongly preferred.
