A well-established, A-rated professional liability carrier is seeking to add a Claims Manager to their medical malpractice claims team. This role will be hybrid, based out of their Schaumburg, IL office.

They are seeking a hands-on, passionate claims leader who empowers, develops, and mentors their team. The ideal candidate will bring a clear vision for streamlining workflows, improving processes, and fostering strong communication across the organization.

Minimum Requirements

• 7 years of medical malpractice or professional liability claims experience
• 3 years of claims leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree (JD preferred)
