Business Development Representative | Investigations
Location: 100% Remote — Must reside in Florida
Territory: Florida (statewide) with potential Southeast regional support
Industry: Cost Containment / Investigations — calling on Law Firms, Self-Insureds, Carriers, and TPAs (Workers’ Comp, Auto, Disability)
Scope Of Position
Drive new business expansion throughout Florida while leveraging existing national accounts and extending the company’s established Midwest and East Coast footprint. Primary targets include Law Firms, Self-Insureds, and Carriers/TPAs.

All work is performed by 100% W-2 in-house investigative teams (no offshore outsourcing). Experience & Qualifications
- Proven success obtaining and growing accounts at local/regional levels
- Direct experience selling into Law Firms & Self-Insureds
- Background in Investigations, SIU, Surveillance, or Cost Containment
- Strong Florida industry network (WC, Liability, or Claims)
- Self-starter with consultative sales skills and CRM (Salesforce) experience
- Active in local associations (IASU, IFM, RIMS, etc.)
- Willingness to travel throughout Florida
