Key Responsibilities
New Business Operations
- Partner with underwriters to evaluate, quote, and bind new insurance submissions
- Conduct thorough application reviews and proactively gather any missing documentation
- Generate binding confirmations and invoices for newly issued policies
- Ensure accurate data entry into Quote and Policy Issuance systems
- Process policy renewals with precision, applying appropriate rate adjustments and endorsements
- Issue renewal quotes and manage the renewal timeline
- Verify accuracy of all renewal documentation and system entries
- Issue Evidence of Insurance certificates for both new and renewal business
- Process mortgagee changes and deliver updated certificates to stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records in underwriting databases
- Opportunity to obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) license with company support
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong data entry accuracy and database navigation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree
- Two years of commercial property casualty insurance experience
- Active Property & Casualty license
