What You Will Do
- Review documents for completeness of content, accuracy of structure and consistency to standards
- Document clean-up: technical writing to fix errors, add content to fill gaps, edit to improve consistency, incorporate mark-ups and update to new format
- Gather engineering technical data to develop review presentations, including problem statement/reason for change, solution options and drawings/documents to be changed
- Support Review meetings, including scheduling meetings, support presentation, and assisting in closure of Action items
- Maintain traceability in Product Data Management system
- Identify and score project risks and define associated risk mitigation plans and timelines
- Propose, analyze and implement cost improvement initiatives
- Track schedule and cost metrics
- Manage Customer point of contact by assisting with scope and work package definitions, report weekly status, conduct quality and progress reviews, solicit regular Customer Satisfaction Feedback
- Work with your Center’s Technical Leadership and Subject Matter Experts to ensure projects are executed with high technical quality and technical career development is provided to your team members
- Generate Statements of Work to support engineering outsourcing and authorize the outsourced work
- Report project progress to Technical Lead and Program Management
- Prepare and present presentations such as customer reviews, variance reviews, etc.).
- Bring your Aerospace and Design experience to a dynamic growing team.
- Use your experience to support review meetings, including scheduling meetings, support presentation, and assisting in closure of Action items
- Bring 2-5 years’ experience

Work Requirements
- We offer flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, to support the need of the role and align with company policies. This position is located in Indianapolis, IN and is considered hybrid with 2 days required on-site.
- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
- Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Salary : $65,000 - $77,000
