What You Will Do
- You will play a vital role in ensuring an uninterrupted flow of materials and parts to support our production schedules.
- You will lead the charge in production materials coordination, utilizing your expertise to manage the end-to-end flow of materials from procurement to on-the-floor availability.
- Imagine collaborating with production and procurement teams to optimize operations and prevent delays, all while resolving supply issues with confidence and minimal supervision.
- Your proactive planning and hands-on coordination will be key to driving operational excellence in our production department.
- Monitor master production schedules to identify and anticipate potential material or part shortages.
- Actively expedite, route, and dispatch materials and parts to production lines to align schedules and commitments.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehousing, and production teams to resolve non-routine material flow issues and prevent delays.
- Initiate and track actions to resolve material discrepancies, such as arranging for damaged material repairs or coordinating transportation.
- Keep detailed records of completed orders, material movements, and expediting actions using inventory control systems (e.g., SAP).
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent, an associate’s degree or vocational training in logistics or supply chain is preferred.
- Your experience includes material expediting, production planning, or inventory control within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong skills in Supply Chain Management, Material Requirements Planning, and Inventory Control are essential.
- You demonstrate excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, enabling you to coordinate effectively across teams

Work Requirements
This role is considered an on-site position located in Charlotte, NC
- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
- Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Salary : $26 - $32
