As a CAM, you are the vital liaison between our company and the Association’s Board of Directors. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advisory: Act as the primary liaison for Boards of Directors, providing professional oversight and expert advice on industry best practices.
- Financial Stewardship: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, fee collections, and audits to ensure the long-term fiscal health of your communities.
- Operational Excellence: Coordinate property maintenance, inspections, and repairs while managing vendor relationships to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure all legal requirements and homeowner CC&R compliance are met, including attending court appearances when necessary.
- Relationship Management: Build credible, long-lasting partnerships with homeowners and clients, responding to inquiries with a high degree of professionalism and urgency.
What You Bring to the Team
- Licensure: Active Georgia Community Association Manager (CAM) License is required.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in HOA Community Association Management preferred. (Experience with developer-controlled communities is a major plus!)
- Experience using Vantaca is preferred but not required
- Designations: CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designations are highly preferred and valued.
- Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
