Business Development – 3PL / Freight Brokerage (Full Truckload Focus)

Location: Scottsdale, AZ or Chicago, IL

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive new business within Full Truckload (FTL) and brokerage services — targeting shippers across industrial, manufacturing, and distribution sectors.
  • Build, nurture, and expand customer relationships — from first contact through full-scale execution.
  • Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure flawless service delivery and repeat business.
  • Manage your book of business like an entrepreneur — pricing, strategy, and execution are yours to own.
  • Represent the company with confidence, integrity, and an unstoppable competitive drive.


What We’re Looking For

  • 1 years of experience in 3PL sales, freight brokerage, FTL.
  • A track record of closing and managing accounts with consistent revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of the freight cycle — from sourcing carriers to managing customer expectations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who thrives in a "build it and grow it" culture.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
