The Opportunity

We have an immediate opening for a regular full-time**Business

Development (BD) Specialist**to work a hybrid remote schedule based out

of any of our offices in**Arizona, Colorado, or Utah**.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support business development activities aligned with the firms
  
  

strategic plan, including market research, opportunity tracking, and

pursuit planning.

• Help maintain and grow client relationships through regular
  
  

communication, meeting coordination, and follow-up.

• Track business development activities and outcomes in CRM or
  
  

pursuit-tracking systems.

• Contributes to and maintains firmwide branding strategies, and
  
  

internal and external communications.

• Contributes to maintaining effective working relationships with
  
  

clients, teaming partners, and vendors, and develops new

relationships to uncover untapped opportunities.

• Provides proposal support to the Marketing Team.
  
  

What Youll Bring

• 5-7 years of related experience in BD, proposal development, or
  
  

related experience, preferably in the consulting and/or

Architectural/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic
  
  

Design, or related field; or equivalent experience in lieu of

degree.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and adjust
  
  

to daily changes in priorities to meet deadlines.

• Ability to travel to conferences and client meetings as needed.
• Good interpersonal skills, and a desire to work both independently
  
  

and in a team environment.

What We Offer

• Compensation This is a full-time position paid on a salaried basis
  
  

between \$60,000 to \$100,000 annually, depending on experience and

education.
