Retail Sales Associate/Customer Service Representative
Retail Boutique - Providence, RI
Part-time, specifically hiring a candidate with availability on weekdays and weekends.
Queen of Hearts and Modern Love are two halves of one small, local, independently-owned boutique in downtown Providence. We specialize in clothing, accessories, bath & body, home and gift.
Required Experience:
- Previous retail or service industry a must.
- High School education and/or college degree
- Available to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays
- Proficient with technology, and all social media platforms a plus, Canva a plus!
The duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to recognize and execute selling opportunities and willing to reach sales goals
- Ability to learn a website platform, including uploading items and writing product descriptions with knowledge of proper grammar
- Willingness to be attentive and meet store standards with merchandising and aesthetic
- Ability to work well with others
- Have a love of fashion and/or home gift
- Have a strong work ethic
