What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and create a welcoming, positive environment
- Help customers find products that fit their needs
- Recommend products and upsell when appropriate
- Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked
- Stay informed on products (vapes, glass, accessories, etc.)
- Check IDs and follow all compliance regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales mindset (comfortable recommending and upselling)
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Quick learner with interest in smoke shop products
- Must be 21
- Retail or sales experience is a plus (but not required)
