- Uncapped Commission Plan after 90 days of training - pay during training is $15 per hour plus spiffs and warranty $. First-year earning potential is typically $50 - 65K. We have many making six figures by their third year.

Responsibilities:
- Offer award-winning personalized service to new and existing customers
- Listen and objectively recommend the right products based on the information gathered and the budget
- Write up sales tickets - schedule delivery and follow up with customers
- Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments and promotions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Stellar communication skills - bilingual English & Spanish a plus but not required.
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to work retail hours
