Hiring: D365 Finance Consultant
📍 Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota (Onsite/Hybrid as required)
🕒 Duration: 12 Months Contract (Extension Possible)
💼 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced D365 Finance Consultant with strong functional expertise in Finance modules and end-to-end ERP implementation experience.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
✔ Gather and analyze business requirements from clients
✔ Perform functional analysis & prepare business process documentation
✔ Conduct Gap-Fit analysis and solution design
✔ Configure D365 Finance modules and manage change requests (CRs)
✔ Deliver end-to-end D365 F&O implementations (Design → Deployment → Support)
✔ Collaborate with onsite teams and stakeholders
✔ Support testing, training, cutover, and reporting activities
✔ Ensure quality delivery and adherence to best practices
🧠 Required Skills
🔹 10 years of experience in D365 Finance / Dynamics AX
🔹 Expertise in Finance module (GL, AP, AR, Budgeting, etc.)
🔹 Strong experience in ERP implementations (minimum 5 end-to-end projects)
🔹 Experience in Gap-Fit analysis and requirement mapping
🔹 Knowledge of LCS (Lifecycle Services) and ISVs
🔹 Strong understanding of Finance / Procurement / Inventory modules
🔹 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Experience working in consulting / professional services environment
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
✔ Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 Certifications
✔ Knowledge of Supply Chain / Production modules
✔ Strong project management and team leadership skills
