Quantum Systems Inc. is a global leader in aerial intelligence and autonomous, AI-powered aerial robotics. We design, develop, manufacture and deliver eVTOL Unmanned Aircraft Systems UAS and an ecosystem of related products and services. Our business directly addresses the Defense and Security markets in North America, Asia Pacific and Latin America. We currently have an opening for a Head of Marketing position. This position will report to the Director of Business Development.
The Head of Marketing will oversee all marketing, communications, and public relations efforts for Quantum-Systems Inc. This role requires a seasoned marketing professional with experience in defense-centric marketing, strategic brand development, and demand generation. The Head of Marketing will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, human resources, business development, and global marketing counterparts from Quantum-Systems GmbH and other regional entities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee product, content, and digital marketing by developing go-to-market strategies, creating targeted content, and driving digital campaigns to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that align with Quantum-Systems Inc.'s goals while maintaining consistency with the global brand strategy.
- Oversee Quantum-Systems Inc.’s presence at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, ensuring maximum impact through strategic planning and execution.
- Develop and manage corporate communications strategies, including internal announcements, executive messaging, and intranet content, while maintaining a strong internal brand through consistent visual identity and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee the planning and execution of product video and photo shoots, working with external agencies and creative teams to develop high-quality marketing assets that align with the brand, support key messaging, and enhance customer engagement across all channels.
- Serve as a key liaison between Quantum-Systems Inc. and the global marketing teams to ensure alignment on product launches, corporate messaging, and market positioning.
- Lead the creation of press releases, articles, whitepapers, presentations, and multimedia content to reinforce Quantum Systems’ leadership in AI-powered UAS for Defense and Security.
- Serve as the primary media contact and spokesperson, managing press engagements, interviews, and strategic media partnerships, as well as internal media training.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the Quantum-Systems Inc.’s marketing team in alignment with business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategy and positioning.
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation, tracking expenditures for maximum ROI, aligning spending with business objectives, and overseeing vendor relationships for cost-effective creative and media services.
- Ensure Quantum-Systems Inc. maintains a strong, differentiated position in the Defense UAS and aerial robotics market, aligning messaging with customer needs, industry trends, and global branding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 8 years of experience in B2G/B2B marketing, preferably in the Defense, Aerospace, or Unmanned Systems industry.
- Strong background in brand management and global marketing coordination.
- Proven experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, and demand generation.
- Experience managing tradeshow marketing, sponsorships, and PR initiatives.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and messaging development skills tailored to government, military, and defense audiences.
- Ability to collaborate with international marketing teams to ensure global brand consistency while tailoring content to regional markets.
- Experience with unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and/or working with government/military customers is a plus.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed for events and business engagements.
- Background Check/U.S. Citizenship required due to government contract requirements.
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
