This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant based in the Washington DC-Baltimore area. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to high-level executives, including managing schedules, preparing expense reports, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to support executives with their daily tasks and schedules
- Experience in preparing and managing accurate Expense Reports
- Strong skills in Executive Support, including meeting coordination and travel arrangements
- Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
