Financial Advisor

Location: Nationwide (Headquarters: Rockville, MD – Washington, DC Metro Area)

Compensation: $65,000 – $120,000 (base performance incentives, commensurate with experience)

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Junior Financial Advisor to join our growing advisory team. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is passionate about helping clients achieve long-term financial security while developing their advisory skills within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

While our headquarters are located in Rockville, Maryland (just outside Washington, DC), this position is open to qualified applicants nationwide.

• Support senior advisors in delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment advice
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service
• Assist with portfolio analysis, financial plans, and investment recommendations
• Participate in client meetings and follow up on action items
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm standards
• Stay current on market trends, financial products, and planning strategies
  

• Active Series 65 license (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong interest in financial planning, investments, and client service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
