Job Description

You will act as the primary daily point of contact between customer stakeholders, on‑site Quantum Design engineers, and factory support teams. Serving as the face of Quantum Design at the customer site, you will be instrumental in building trust, enhancing collaboration, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary customer-facing coordinator for daily operational activities.
- Act as the central liaison between customers, field engineers, and factory support teams to ensure clear communication and timely execution.
- Prepare and deliver accurate, timely internal and external operational reports.
- Lead customer and internal meetings, track action items, and drive follow‑through to resolution.
- Support operational initiatives by coordinating timelines, defining deliverables, and tracking progress across stakeholders.
- Assist in identifying risks, mitigating bottlenecks, and ensuring follow‑through on agreed actions.
- Provide structure and organization to ongoing projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree and five years of experience, or master's degree and three years of experience in customer-facing operations, coordination, or project support role
- Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams
- Advanced Excel skills, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for creating reports and visualizations
- This position is fully onsite. The employee will report to our client site in Santa Barbara, CA five days a week.
- Salary Range: $39.00 - $57.00 hourly
