We are looking for a Commercial Services Sales Representative to join our dynamic team!
Primary Job Function: The Commercial Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with commercial clients to promote HVAC services, maintenance agreements, retrofits, and Building Automation solutions. This role includes prospecting new business, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless client experience from initial contact through project handoff. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their operational needs and presenting tailored solutions that enhance performance and energy efficiency.

Work Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime and weekends as required

Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
- 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC, mechanical services, building automation, or related technical sales
- Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, service agreements, and/or BAS solutions
- Proven track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Ability to read mechanical plans and understand commercial facility needs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a sales pipeline
