Overview
We are looking for a junior Trade Support Analyst to join a Global Markets Operations team. You will support electronic trading platforms and ensure smooth interactions between clients and trading desks across Forex and Fixed Income markets. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or candidate with up to 3 years of experience looking to grow in Capital Markets and Derivatives environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage user access and permissions across multiple electronic trading platforms
- Create, update, and deactivate client accounts (asset managers, institutional clients)
- Maintain and adjust pricing tiers and client configurations
- Support trading desks by ensuring proper system access and setup
- Assist in onboarding new platforms and internal tools
- Maintain and update trading books and related data
- Monitor and update reporting/statistical files
- Provide day-to-day support to internal teams and external users
Required Skills
- 0–3 years of experience (internship or first role in finance/IT support is a plus)
- Basic understanding of Capital Markets (FX, Fixed Income, Derivatives)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Comfortable with Excel and basic data handling
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Exposure to electronic trading platforms or financial systems
- Knowledge of financial products (FX, Rates, Credit)
- Basic SQL or technical curiosity
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
