We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Technician. Candidates must be able to work onsite in Frankfort, KY.
Our client is seeking a knowledgeable Desktop Support technician with a high aptitude for customer service. Candidates must be able to work onsite in the Frankfort, KY area. The selected technician will provide support for multiple agencies in downtown Frankfort.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have experience related directly with desktop support (1 - 2 years minimum), including installation, troubleshooting, and repair in a windows-based environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Computer equipment configuration, setup, and installation.
- Experience in ticketing software (preferably ServiceNow).
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Hardware and software experience.
- Basic network troubleshooting skills.
- Candidates must have a valid driver's license.
- Candidate's must be able to lift and carry heavy objects/work in uncomfortable positions for extended periods of time.
Salary : $18 - $20
