Talent Acquisition Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Assistant provides administrative and candidate-facing support to the Talent Acquisition team. This fully onsite position focuses on welcoming walk-in applicants, assisting with the application process, maintaining accurate candidate records, and supporting daily recruiting activities. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, comfortable using computers, and eager to learn.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

·   Welcome walk-in applicants and provide a positive, professional candidate experience.

·   Assist candidates with online applications, assessments, and required documentation.

·   Support TA Specialists with interview scheduling and candidate communications.

·   Maintain accurate applicant records and update information in the ATS/HRIS.

·   Assist with filing, data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks.

·   Help coordinate candidate flow during peak hiring periods and recruiting events.

·   Communicate candidate questions or concerns to the appropriate TA team member.

·   Maintain confidentiality of candidate information.

·   Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

·   High school diploma or equivalent.

·   Customer service or administrative experience preferred.

·   Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

·   Strong organizational and communication skills.

·   Friendly, welcoming, and comfortable interacting with people from diverse backgrounds.

·   Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

·   100% onsite position.

·   Ability to stand, sit, and move throughout office and warehouse facilities as needed.

·   Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.

·   Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
