We are currently seeking candidates for the following position!
Position Purpose:
The Server TA Repair Technician is responsible for identifying and repairing minor server issues by following established guidelines and work instructions. The goal is to meet daily operational expectations and support the team in maintaining performance and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair failed servers according to documented work instructions and internal procedures.

Return repaired servers to the testing phase within defined deadlines.

Accurately complete required documentation and updates in the Quality Management System (QMS).

Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements.
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
-
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
-
Previous experience with computer hardware or electronics repair is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
-
Proficient with basic computer applications (Windows, Excel, Word, Internet).

Strong attention to detail with accurate counting and record-keeping skills.

Solid organizational and time-management abilities.

Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and identifying component defects after training.

Legible handwriting and ability to document work clearly.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and squat with servers weighing up to 50 lbs.

Comfortable standing, walking, stooping, and bending on concrete floors for extended periods.

Able to perform repetitive hand and arm motions.
-
Must be willing to work overtime, including Saturdays.

Capable of operating pallet jacks and wearing required ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection
