QMN currently occupies nine (9) facilities in the Antioch/LaVergne area with over 3000 employees...and GROWING! 

We are currently seeking candidates for the following position!

Position Summary:

Meet the daily order deadline by efficiently transferring and compiling parts according to a system-generated pick list. Ensure parts are kitted, labeled and packaged according to department specifications.  

Essential Functions:

·         Read, understand and follow work instructions related to assigned tasks. 

·         Pick and prepare parts in an efficient manner, meeting internal, incremental deadlines. 

·         Accurately complete applicable paperwork or QMS updates. 

·         Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

·         Comply with all safety standards and guidelines. 

·         Other responsibilities as assigned by management. 

Education and Experience:

·         High School Diploma required.

·         Previous experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.

Other Skills and Abilities:

·         Detail oriented with ability to follow directions precisely.

·         Computer literate in a Windows environment.

·         Written and spoken English skills; bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Physical Requirements:

·         Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

·         Ability to distinguish between colors with good visual acuity.

·         Able to squat, stoop, twist, and bend.

·         Ability to walk and stand on cement floors for long periods.

·         Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays

·         Able to work in warehouse environment.

·         Able to handle routine assignments of a repetitive nature.

·         Able to perform repetitive motion with hands and arms.

·         Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment; hearing protection as required.

·         Able to wear ESD protection as required.

·         Able to operate a pallet jack.
