Job Description

• Managing team of contractor support personnel
• Organizes, directs, and manages contract operations involving complex, interrelated tasks
• Maintains senior-level client interface
• Formulates and reviews task plans and deliverables
• Ensures schedule and cost control
• Establishes and maintains technical and financial reporting
• Delegates responsibilities and oversees successful task completion
• Must acknowledge communications as soon as possible, with responses provided within 24 hours (during normal business hours)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred related field)
• 5 years program/project management support experience including but not limited to the following activities:
  • Day-to-day supervision and management of Contractor personnel and assignments.
  • On-site supervision for Contractor personnel.
  • Coordination of on-the-job training for new Contractor personnel as applicable.
  • Periodic training of Contractor personnel to include responsibility for completing all required training o mandated for GAO Contractors.
  • Scheduling of Contractor personnel.
  • On-site quality control of work performed by Contractor personnel
