Manager, RF Engineering - Engineering & Technology

Pay range: $161K - $205K annually

Shifts: Standard business hours

Duration: Permanent
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 4 years of people management experience
  • At least 10 years of RF engineering field experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (if required)
  • Proven leadership and technical expertise in RF and mmWave technologies
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
  • Lead and manage the RF engineering team to meet technical and project goals
  • Support RF design, development, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Collaborate with leadership on resource planning and project execution
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry best practices
  • Drive continuous team development and industry competitiveness
