Clinical Contracts and Budget Manager - Pharmaceutical Industry

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED
- 6 years of direct experience in clinical site contract negotiation and management
- Proven track record managing high-volume, parallel site negotiations
- Strong understanding of clinical trial agreements, site budgets, and payment processes
- Ability to review, triage, and resolve contract issues independently
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
- Lead the negotiation, review, and management of clinical site contracts and budgets
- Collaborate with sites and internal teams for smooth contract startup and execution
- Ensure timely payments and manage site financial activities
- Support and mentor team members on contract processes
- Develop and improve site contracting and budget workflows
