EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Learning discipline
- 5-10 years of program/project management experience in a corporate environment
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience leading projects and managing multiple stakeholders
- Support talent management activities and learning programs
- Lead program management for leadership and manager development initiatives
- Coordinate logistics for learning events, establish environment readiness
- Manage nominations and support new program implementation
- Report on program evaluations and stakeholder feedback
